Big Roller

The sheer scale of this blackened bespoke Rolls Royce Phantom Coupé stopped me in my tracks today. It dwarfed the VW Polo in front and even a Transit van behind it. The owner customised it to include huge gloss black wheels and darkened windows which begs the question of what that does to the RR brand; once quiet, dignified opulence – now becoming the biggest, blingiest bully on the road?

The standard road car is £303,000. Hopefully that includes parking sensors…
